30-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If your pet isn't loving their new CozyPaws product, contact us at hello@cozypaws.com for a full refund or exchange.

Condition for Returns

Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging where possible. If a product arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo and we'll resolve it immediately — no return needed in most cases.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
